We build the AI and software your business runs on.

Immortech is a software company in Kuala Lumpur, led by Ts. Tan Andy. We design and ship AI agents, internal systems and websites, from the first prototype to production.

AI agents with a human in the loop

Most of our AI work follows one pattern: the model drafts, your rules check, and a person steps in when it matters. This is how Sambung runs customer conversations.

  1. Step 1: A customer writes in

    A message arrives on WhatsApp.

  2. Step 2: The agent drafts a reply

It answers from knowledge your team owns and keeps current.

  3. Step 3: Rules check the draft

Topic, confidence and your policies decide what happens next.

  4. Step 4: Routine answers go out

Anything sensitive or uncertain goes to a person instead.

  5. Step 5: Your team takes over

An operator replies, then hands the chat back. Every step is logged.

Models and tools we build with

We pick the model per job and route through OpenRouter where it helps, so a product isn't tied to one provider.

The founder

I lead Immortech and stay hands-on in the engineering. Every project starts with how your team works today, and ends with a system people actually use: tested, documented and handed over properly.
