About the project

The challenge

Part requests, supplier quotes and purchasing span different systems and people. A useful plan has to show where integration ends and human approval begins.

What we built

The prototype walks through part requests, supplier quote comparison and purchase handoffs on fictional data. A local Telegram proof of concept tested supplier enquiries, with optional Kimi draft extraction through OpenRouter and mandatory review. Odoo and warehouse connections remain proposals.
